  Very disappointed, I have been going to him for years. This year he was giving a "discount" because he could not do any refund advance in 2-3 days because he had some very disappointed customers last year because they did not get any taxes/money back, and he also is not doing the $50 cash on spot because his cocoa store "got ripped off by a lot of people who filed already". I compared my taxes from last year to this year and only saved $70 and I only saved $50 of it because I said something when I was filing with him and he said that he would remove the bank fee of $50, so the big discount was $20 and I don't understand why I would have a bank charge when I The IRS is depositing the money into my account. I paid $289 for him to do my taxes that took 15 minutes of his time, I know I was trusting, I have learned my lesson. and I will not return!
